Hi I’m Rupert,

I built this space in a converted stable once used by my grandmother to train her horse, Neltina.

That stable was a place of focus, patience, and progress. I wanted to carry that same energy into how I train people today.

My aim is simple: To give you expert coaching, proper structure, and a private environment where you feel supported, confident, and capable.

  • At Neltina, Small Group Personal Training means you get the same level of coaching, support, and attention you’d expect in a one-to-one session, but in a group of no more than four people.

    Each person follows their own tailored plan based on their goals, movement, and experience. I coach you throughout the entire session, making adjustments, checking technique, and guiding your progress.

    It’s personal, focused coaching, delivered in a calm, private environment, with the added motivation and encouragement of training alongside a small group of like-minded people. It’s everything Neltina stands for: structured training, real progress, and a community that makes consistency easier.

  • Not at all! The coaching approach is designed to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Whether you're completely new to exercise or have some experience, you have a personalised plan designed that helps you build strength, fitness, and confidence at your own pace.

  • Yes, absolutely.
    Training during pregnancy can be incredibly beneficial when it’s done safely and with the right guidance.

    At Neltina, every session is coached and adapted to your needs. I’ve worked with many women through different stages of pregnancy, and we always start by understanding where you’re at, how you’re feeling, and what movements feel best for your body.

    The focus is on keeping you strong, mobile, and confident, not on pushing intensity. You’ll have constant guidance, clear adjustments, and a space where you can train safely at your own pace.

    If you’re pregnant or planning to be, just mention it when you join the waitlist or start your program, and I’ll build your training around you.
